Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies and guidelines, within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Create and update master data records in the appropriate systems, starting with product data and scaling up to vendor and customer data.
Identify and troubleshoot data issues raised by stakeholders, assessing the impacts of master data changes to downstream systems and business processes.

Drive compliance to established data management policies while maintaining data accuracy and eliminating variability.
Prepare, participate in, and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures to support ongoing audit requirements.
Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on requests and incidents, keeping open lines of communication with requestors.

Note: We are also highly open to candidates with finance, operational, or purchasing backgrounds as long as they possess the necessary ERP system experience.
Systems Knowledge (Non-Negotiable): Hands-on experience with SAP or Salesforce (including variations like S/4HANA) is strongly preferred. Experience with alternative CRM or ERP systems is also an acceptable baseline.
Domain Expertise: Previous experience specifically handling product master data is a significant advantage.
