About the Job:

We are looking for a Workday Integration EIB Specialist to join our clients team and support the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations. In this role, you will work closely with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to build and support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday HCM/Financials and third-party systems. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions using Workday EIB and Workday Studio technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB and Workday Studio.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Develop complex integrations involving XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST web services, and Workday APIs.
• Create and maintain EIBs for HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Financial data processing.
• Develop advanced Workday Studio integrations using custom assemblies, connectors, and business logic.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling for integration processes.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live activities, and post-production integration support.
• Maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, mapping documents, and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and integration best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday EIB development and troubleshooting.
• Mandatory experience with Workday Studio and advanced integration development.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT 2.0/3.0, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services.
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials data models.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Framework.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or production support projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Integration Certification or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience with banking integrations, SFTP, PGP encryption, or ETL tools is an advantage.
