About the Job:

We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to join our clients team and provide functional and technical support across various Workday modules and integrations. In this role, you will support business process optimization, reporting, integrations, security configuration, and release management activities within the Workday environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, and help enhance and optimize Workday functionality to support business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support across Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, and related modules.
• Support and optimize business processes, workflows, and system configurations within Workday.
• Develop, modify, and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Assist with Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and third-party systems.
• Support security configuration, permission setup, and access management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend best practice solutions.
• Assist in release management activities, including testing and evaluation of new Workday functionality.
• Provide cross-application and integration support across Workday environments and tenants.
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for Workday processes, reports, and integrations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and optimization of existing Workday functionalities.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong functional or technical experience in Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience in Workday Financials, Payroll, Integrations, and cross-application support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting, calculated fields, and BIRT reporting tools.
• Experience supporting modules such as Payroll, Core Financials, Planning, Projects, Procurement, Expenses, and Time Tracking is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday Security and tenant management environments (Production, Sandbox, Preview, etc.).
• Workday certifications are highly preferred where applicable.
• Public sector or municipal experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
