About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant specializing in Recruiting to join our clients team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Recruiting solutions. In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to design and configure recruiting processes, ensure system stability, and deliver scalable Workday solutions. You will also support testing, troubleshooting, and post-production activities while contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting and related HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Support full-cycle Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design and configure recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and onboarding.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects in Workday Recruiting.
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams for inbound and outbound system interfaces.
• Provide production support and recommend process and system improvements.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and end-user training sessions.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with a strong focus on Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
• Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, or third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Core HCM and related modules such as Compensation, Talent, Onboarding, or Absence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
