REQ14155 Training Supervisor, Surveillance (Open Date: 04/03/2026)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, Surveillance, the Training Supervisor, Surveillance is responsible for supervising the delivery of all training requirements for the Surveillance Department, ensuring the training and development of all Surveillance personnel is conducted with the highest levels of professionalism and industry standards in line with the business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Training of new and existing employees

1.1. Assist in preparation & delivery of the Training Package and Lesson Plans for the pre-opening Surveillance Training Academy.

1.2. Coach new Surveillance team members on the job.

1.3. Coach team members on an individual basis, presenting new information accurately and in a timely, approachable manner.

  • Lead small teams

2.1. Provide team leadership, leading by example.

2.2. Maintain team performance by promoting a positive work environment.

2.3. Maintain employee morale, work performance and professionalism by promoting a positive work environment.

  • Supervise work operations

3.1. Maintain and manage Training records, ensuring reports, records, etc. are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

3.2. Solve problems and make decisions, providing assistance to team members when handling difficult/sensitive situations.

3.3. Assist in the implementation of training packages and lesson plans teaching policies and procedures relating to gaming and cash handling areas

  • Monitor staff performance and attendance

4.1. Help all employees maintain and improve their job skills and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.

4.2. Assist providing individualized training plans to strengthen an employee’s existing skills or teach new ones.

4.3. Provide performance feedback to staff in a professional manner.

4.4. Maintain accurate employee records.

5.2. Resolve conflicts situations.

  • Work with colleagues

6.1. Ensure relevant information is communicated effectively and in a timely manner to appropriate team members.

6.2. Maintain a professional relationship with team members, ensuring approachability and discretion.

7.1. Safe guard all confidential information whilst exercising due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use

7.2. Comply with all company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and department ethics; and to perform all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times.

Qualifications

I. Experience

  • With Experience as a Surveillance Supervisor or above.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of all Casino Games and SOPs

II. Education

Tertiary level desired

III. Skills / Competencies
