Your Role

As a Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate onboarding training requirements for new hires in close collaboration with field training managers and operations.
  • Maintain data for actionable reporting dashboards to support all levels of the technical learning platform.
  • Manage the registration, tracking, and competency completions for the Apprenticeship Program, supporting apprentices and managers alike.
  • Streamline Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Computer-Based Safety, Technical, and Renewable Training modules.
  • Execute day-to-day administrative support for Safety and Training staff, including vendor management and purchase order processing.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Proven ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize schedules, and prioritize commitments effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A "Safety First" mindset integrated into your daily professional habits.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience in database management and maintaining training compliance records.
  • Prior experience supporting Apprenticeship Programs or technical certification processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent internal customer service.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or external training platforms.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and workflow enhancement.
