Lead strategic projects from problem definition, impact evaluation to implementation
Develop and detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
Benchmark competitors and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management

Requirements

Graduate of any Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree is a huge plus
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data tools is highly preferred
6–8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business analysis
Prior experience in management consulting or strategy teams is preferred
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes
Proven leadership experience and quality
Experience in logistics is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
