About The Team

As a member of the Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving SPXs performance from a strategic perspective. Your responsibilities will include identifying key challenges and opportunities across the organization, conducting in-depth analyses to uncover insights, and developing innovative, data-driven solutions. At the same time, you will also take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable impact and align with business objectives.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives to enhance performance
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on strategy initiatives to understand feasibilities and effectiveness of the solutions
• Act as project manager to oversee the implementation, from proof of concept to scaling up
• Prepare material and presentation for management meetings
  
  

• At least 2 years experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or project management
• Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management or financial planning & analysis experience is a plus.
• Amenable to be assigned at Podium, Mandaluyong
