The Shopee Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experiences. It includes on-the-ground rotations in Warehouses, Sorting Centers, and Hubs across the country designed for a Future Operations Leader.

This program is open to graduating college students, fresh graduates, and young professionals with 3 years of work experience and below in FMCG, Logistics, or Supply chain companies.
