What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day service delivery across a diverse client base
  • Manage supplier and support worker bookings through the Care Manager system
  • Proactively resolve shift gaps, schedule changes, and service issues
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and send referrals on time
  • Source and onboard new suppliers, providing recommendations to Care Managers
  • Support Care Managers with service setup and ongoing coordination
  • Liaise with clients, families, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor service schedules and identify potential risks or gaps early
  • Ensure all activities and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems


Key Criteria

  • Experience in service delivery, scheduling, or coordination roles (e.g., healthcare, aged care, logistics, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, teams, and external providers
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes or service gaps effectively
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in system updates and documentation
  • Comfortable using CRM, rostering, or scheduling systems
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related field are an advantage


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM–3 PM (PHT), Hybrid setup, aligned with team (once-a-week onsite).
