About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior AI Architect/Data Scientist to join our clients team and lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI and data solutions for a global brand protection program. In this role, you will architect scalable AI platforms, integrate GenAI technologies, and develop intelligent solutions for natural language search, anomaly detection, and image authenticity analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, cost-efficient, and high-performing AI systems while driving innovation and technical leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions across multiple business use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI and MLOps pipelines using Databricks technologies such as Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Model Serving.
• Integrate GenAI platforms, including Mosaic AI, Genie, and Azure OpenAI for conversational AI and NL-to-SQL capabilities.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI architectures using MCP Server, LangChain, and vector search technologies.
• Build and optimize AI models for anomaly detection, image authenticity classification, and intelligent search solutions.
• Implement governance, observability, lineage tracking, and automated retraining processes for AI models.
• Collaborate with frontend and React development teams to integrate AI-driven outputs into web applications.
• Ensure role-based access control (RBAC), security policies, and compliance standards are implemented across AI platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through feedback-driven model optimization and performance monitoring.
• Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and strategic guidance to engineering and data teams.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks platforms and ecosystem tools.

Strong expertise in Databricks technologies, including SQL Warehouse, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Delta Lake, and Model Serving.

Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Mosaic AI, Genie, LangChain, and Vector Search.

Experience designing LLM-driven architectures, including RAG and Natural Language to SQL solutions.

Strong background in machine learning techniques such as Isolation Forest, drift detection, and model retraining.

Experience with computer vision and image classification models such as Vision Transformers (ViT) and Grad-CAM.

Proficiency in Python, Spark, REST APIs, and scalable data engineering practices.

Strong understanding of AI governance, security, RBAC, lineage, and compliance frameworks.
