Your Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will:

• Lead Agile teams through effective Scrum practices, sprint planning, and delivery execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Identify, manage, and remove blockers to maintain team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Provide Jira-based reporting and communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing and optimizing Agile processes and best practices.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Extensive experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum Master capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing blockers.
• Proficiency in Jira reporting, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience implementing Agile best practices and process improvements.
• Ability to drive team alignment and improve delivery performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Scrum Master or Agile-related certifications are highly preferred.
