About The Opportunity
We are seeking a QA Operations Analyst, Sr. to drive high-quality execution, lead insight generation, and contribute to the delivery of strategic quality programs.
This role serves as a critical bridge between execution and strategy by:
- Ensuring reliable and consistent quality evaluation
- Leading the development of actionable, business-relevant insights
- Ownership of quality programs and initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement across quality processes and enablement effectiveness
The SQIA operates with a high degree of independence and plays a key role in advancing the organization’s transition toward a proactive, insight-driven, and scalable quality function.
What Youll Get To Do
Quality Evaluation & Execution Excellence
- Conduct audits and evaluations with high accuracy, consistency, and sound judgment
- Ensure adherence to QA frameworks while applying contextual decision-making
- Lead or facilitate calibration sessions to maintain scoring alignment
- Uphold high standards of execution and reliability across QA processes
Insight Generation & Quality Intelligence Leadership
- Lead the identification and prioritization of high-impact quality insights across teams
- Define and reinforce standards for clear, actionable, and relevant insights
- Translate QA data into prioritized recommendations that influence stakeholder decisions
- Proactively identify emerging risks, patterns, and opportunities
- Ensure insights are aligned to business outcomes and operational priorities
Enablement Effectiveness & Capability Development
- Own the effectiveness of enablement initiatives within assigned scope (e.g., skill scans, certifications)
- Analyze enablement outcomes to identify:
- Capability gaps
- Adoption challenges
- Opportunities to improve learning effectiveness
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve enablement frameworks
- Translate findings into targeted improvement actions
- Ensure enablement efforts drive measurable improvements in proficiency and performance
Quality Program Ownership (Component-Level)
- Own and drive specific components or workstreams within QODs and quality initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and contribute to solution design
- Translate program goals into clear and executable plans
- Track progress and drive accountability and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to improve or scale program execution
Continuous Improvement & Scalable Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to:
- Improve QA workflows
- Enhance reporting and insight generation
- Increase operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development of automation and scalable solutions
- Support the shift from manual QA processes to system-driven approaches
Standards, Calibration & Quality Governance
- Act as a quality bar setter for evaluation standards and consistency
- Lead calibration efforts and resolve scoring ambiguities or misalignments
- Identify gaps in QA frameworks and recommend refinements or enhancements
- Ensure QA outputs meet high standards of credibility and reliability
Success Metrics
- Accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality evaluations
