What You’ll Do
- Manage and organize patient records for upcoming appointments
- Upload and maintain records in portals and databases
- Prepare and send documentation to physicians on time
- Follow up with clients for missing or outstanding records
- Ensure secure and accurate processing of all records
- Minimum of 2 years clerical or admin experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats and general database navigation
- Highly organized with strong time management, able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time hours (8:30pm–5:30am PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
