About The Team

As a member of the Strategy team, this role is responsible for ensuring automation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business impact. The Project Manager (Automation Success & Impact) works closely with business teams to define clear success criteria before development begins, drives adoption post-launch, monitors realized impact, and evaluates whether solutions are achieving intended outcomes. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the automation builder, ensuring initiatives are scoped appropriately, implemented effectively, and translated into real operational value.

Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define clear success metrics, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for automation initiatives before build.
  • Challenge ambiguous objectives and ensure automation efforts are tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of automation solutions by working closely with end users and operational teams.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and implement corrective actions.
  • Design simple rollout and communication plans to ensure smooth user transition.
  • Track post-launch performance metrics including usage, efficiency gains, error reduction, and behavioral change.
  • Audit realized impact versus initial business case.
  • Provide structured reporting on automation performance and ROI.
  • Evaluate and recommend the most effective interface approach (e.g., embedded workflow, chatbot, dashboard trigger, API backend, etc.) based on business context.
  • Ensure solutions are intuitive and aligned with operational realities.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the automation builder.
  • Ensure handovers to engineering (if scaling) are structured and aligned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • [Nice to have] PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant operational excellence certification.
  • 3–5 years experience in business analysis, operations improvement, strategy, transformation, or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience defining KPIs and measuring impact of initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to independently drive initiatives from scoping to impact validation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment.
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience defining measurable success criteria and tracking post-implementation performance.
  • Ability to drive adoption and behavioral change across operational teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding system/workflow implications (no coding required).
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and prioritize effectively
