What Makes This Role Exciting
The Philippine Statutory Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance with all payroll-related statutory requirements in the Philippines. This role involves preparing and submitting government-mandated contributions, reports, and filings for agencies such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and BIR. The specialist also manages employee-related statutory updates, monitors regulatory changes, assists in year-end processes, and coordinates with internal teams, service partners, and external authorities to maintain full compliance.
