NPD Commercialization Manager

Job Overview

The NPD Commercialization Manager is responsible for leading the commercialization and operational execution of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. This role ensures successful transition of new products from concept to commercial launch through effective coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization planning and execution for all NPD initiatives
• Assess operational feasibility and production readiness for new products
• Coordinate raw and packaging material requirements, supplier readiness, and production timelines
• Manage product trials, pilot runs, and commercial production launches
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Monitor launch performance and provide post-launch recommendations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to accelerate speed-to-market and reduce launch risks
• Support business planning and demand forecasting activities related to NPD projects
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD commercialization, product launches, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, cosmetics, pharma, or consumer goods industries preferred
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
