Job Description: MuleSoft Senior Lead / Integration Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Senior Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions. The role requires deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, strong architectural capabilities, and proven experience leading global integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining API strategies, leading development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable and secure integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Lead the design of API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Define integration architecture, patterns, and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
  
  

Delivery & Implementation

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration projects
• Lead development, testing, deployment, and support activities
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project timelines
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical resolution
  
  

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor integration teams and developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement in integration practices and delivery models
  
  

Platform & Tools

• Design and implement solutions using:
• MuleSoft ESB
• Anypoint Platform
• CloudHub
• Work on API management, microservices, and system integrations
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development and integration
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft (ESB, CloudHub, Anypoint Platform)
• Strong experience in API-led architecture and enterprise integration patterns
• Proven experience leading teams and managing integration projects
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
• Background in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
• Experience with global delivery teams
