The Opportunity

Your expertise in marketing coordination and digital channel management will play a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns that support sales, community growth, and brand presence. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, and on-site channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the management and optimization of digital channels including websites, listings, and third-party platforms.
  • Coordinate and develop marketing content across email, social media, and web to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and email, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports, database management, tracking key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Development to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Coordinate production of marketing collateral including brochures, signage, and sales materials.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and campaign effectiveness.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field.
  • At least four years experience in a similar marketing coordination role in an international/global setting is a must.
  • Experience in digital marketing including social media, email campaigns, and website content management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, Asana, and design tools such as Canva.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
