Job Summary

The Marketing Brand Lead will be responsible for driving brand strategy and executing impactful marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and market visibility. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can lead campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic brand and marketing plans
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions
• Manage brand activations, events, and product launch initiatives
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business targets
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies and external partners
• Support the development and guidance of junior team members
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related course
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing leadership roles
• Strong background in campaign management and brand development
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with strong leadership abilities
• Retail or consumer brand experience is preferred
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
