Your Role

As a Director of IT, you will:

Define and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and service delivery functions.

Lead large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system implementations.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure efficiency and ROI.

Build and lead high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

8–12 years of experience in IT, with at least 4–6 years in leadership or management roles

Strong background in IT infrastructure, applications, security, and service management

Proven experience leading enterprise-level IT projects and transformation initiatives

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)

Strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks

Experience managing global or distributed IT teams

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant leadership credentials
