Job Overview

The General Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for driving retailer marketing initiatives across General Trade channels to accelerate sales growth, improve execution excellence, and support category expansion. The role works closely with Sales, Category, and Commercial teams to develop channel-specific strategies and growth programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute General Trade channel marketing strategies
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and execution gaps
• Create territory growth and turnaround plans
• Develop PICOS strategies, sell-in decks, and trade toolkits
• Lead POSM planning and execution initiatives
• Support category launches through channel-specific activations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visibility and conversion
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Identify opportunities within emerging GT channels
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of Trade Marketing or GT experience
• FMCG industry background preferred
• Strong understanding of General Trade operations and execution
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
