Job Overview

The General Trade Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for leading channel-driven commercial initiatives that support sales growth, category expansion, and retailer engagement across General Trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop commercial strategies for GT channels
Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
Lead retailer marketing and activation programs
Develop sell-in presentations and trade materials
Support national initiatives and category launches
Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on execution
Monitor business performance and optimize programs
Support development of emerging GT channels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing
Strong General Trade experience required
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
