Job Overview

The General Trade Channel Marketing Manager develops and executes channel-specific marketing strategies to strengthen retailer engagement, drive execution, and accelerate growth across General Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop GT channel growth strategies and execution plans
Analyze shopper insights and channel trends
Create retailer marketing programs and promotions
Lead sales toolkit and POSM development
Support category launches and GT activations
Coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams
Monitor initiative effectiveness and optimize execution
Conduct business reviews and post-program assessments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related course
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Channel or Trade Marketing
Strong understanding of General Trade operations
FMCG experience preferred
