Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and operational finance functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic financial decision-making within the insurance business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
• Supervise general accounting operations including bank reconciliation, billing, and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Lead and coordinate internal and external financial audits
• Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
• Monitor operational costs and provide financial analysis to management
• Handle reinsurance accounting and related financial transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing financial policies and procedures
• Support senior leadership in strategic financial planning and risk management initiatives
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation is preferred
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Strong background in audit, internal controls, and risk assessment
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably non-life insurance, is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
