We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Officer to support a growing offshore workforce. This role is responsible for managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment aligned with both client and company expectations.
As part of a global offshore staffing model, you will act as a key bridge between employees, internal HR teams, and international clients—helping maintain high engagement, retention, and performance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Case Management
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
Conduct investigations on employee relations cases (disciplinary, behavioral, performance-related)
Provide recommendations and resolutions aligned with company policies and labor laws
Maintain accurate documentation of all cases and actions taken
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Support compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Partner with HR and Legal teams on complex cases and risk mitigation
Employee Engagement & Retention
Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
Assist in organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and culture-building initiatives
Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address potential concerns
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with client stakeholders on employee performance or behavioral concerns
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal HR practices
Provide guidance to managers on handling employee relations matters
Performance & Discipline Support
Assist managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching strategies
Facilitate disciplinary processes in a fair and consistent manner
Promote best practices in people management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or similar role
Experience in BPO, offshore staffing, or shared services environment is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in handling employee cases and investigations

Work schedule: AM (8AM to 5PM) or MID (1PM to 10PM) (3x office 2WFH)
