What You’ll Do
Respond to client and claimant inquiries regarding report status, case updates, and general concerns
Enter, update, and verify client and case information across systems and databases
Coordinate with QA teams and providers to monitor workflow, assignments, and pending reports
Maintain accurate documentation, file records, and perform clerical tasks such as emailing, typing, and proofreading
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure compliance with company, legal, and regulatory standards
Key Criteria
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
Has background and experience in healthcare/medical.
At least 2 years of clerical, administrative, medical office, or insurance industry experience
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently
Able to maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing priorities, and comply with HIPAA and company standards
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
