About The Role

We are looking for a capable, proactive, and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, administration, coordination, or project support. Experience within an accounting or professional services environment is preferred, but not essential. What matters most is the ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and contribute to improving business operations and internal efficiency.

A successful Operations Coordinator does more than keep things running — they help the business operate better. This role will play a key part in supporting internal operations, coordinating priorities, maintaining systems, assisting with project management, and helping leadership stay focused on both client service and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the companys internal job management system using Monday.com
  • Monitor outstanding tasks and identify work that is delayed, at risk, or requiring escalation
  • Coordinate with team members and managers to identify bottlenecks, workflow issues, and operational delays
  • Support workflow visibility, accountability, and progress tracking against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage leadership calendars and coordinate internal and client-facing meetings effectively
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and coordinate follow-up activities
  • Assist in managing internal operational improvement projects and workflow initiatives
  • Track project timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables to support successful execution
  • Help improve internal systems, operational processes, and overall business efficiency
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the management team as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, coordination, or project support roles is required
  • Experience within an accounting firm or professional services environment is an advantage
  • Strong confidence using technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Experience with project management or workflow platforms such as Monday.com is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational improvement
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations is preferred

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Success in this role means more than maintaining schedules and systems. A strong Operations Coordinator actively improves how the business operates by identifying issues early, improving communication and accountability, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to stronger overall business performance.

Additional Notes

  • Onsite/Hybrid: Willing to work onsite either Eastwood/Alabang/Pampanga/Cebu PH offices (depending on staff preference)
  • Schedule: 7AM - 4PM PH time
