Your Role

As a QA Analyst, you will:

• Execute comprehensive testing activities to ensure platform features meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to validate functionality and platform performance.
• Understand and maintain current data mappings, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to support commercial lending operations.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while coordinating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Support integrations with lenders and external systems to ensure seamless interoperability and data accuracy.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, methodologies, and testing standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, QA, or business testing roles.
• Experience in data mapping, validation, and functional testing.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar test management and tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in commercial lending, fintech, or financial services environments.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience supporting platform integrations and interoperability testing.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and integration testing concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
