GIS Analyst

Fyfe work with a wide range of clients in the Energy & Resources and Property & Infrastructure sectors to provide high quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.

About The Role

Our Energy and Resources Division works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, oil and gas projects across the country. These include process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas above ground processing facilities, as well as maintenance, integrity and construction related work programs.

We are recruiting for a GIS Analyst to be based in our Philippines team and work remotely to support our team and clients in Australia. The successful candidate will initially be hired by our partner agency in the Philippines before switching to the Fyfe Philippines entity once established in the near future.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a qualified GIS Analyst with 5+ years experience, ideally within the onshore gas industry.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Geographic Information Systems or similar tertiary qualification is preferable
• Experience with Esris ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop suite
• Skills in automation using FME, Model builder, ArcPy and Python advantageous
• Experience with MapInfo Professional advantageous
• Previous experience in the GIS industry experience (preferred)
• Experience in pipelines and CSG gathering systems will be advantageous
• Strong commitment to client satisfaction
