What You’ll Do
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including bank and credit card reconciliations
Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate supplier statements
Ensure all income and expense records are accurately maintained and properly documented
Communicate proactively to clarify discrepancies or gather missing information when needed
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion
Contribute to efficient financial processes while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Key Criteria
3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related finance/accounting role
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience using Xero
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher qualification
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Work setup
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours of 9am - 4pm (7am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
