Workday HCM Consultant

Job Description

We are presently seeking a Philippines based Workday Professional that can support our engagements in these geographies with Workday and Customers.

Skills And Qualification

• Expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, Learning and other complex HCM solutions.
• Must have hands-on experience in the deployment process.
• Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
• Staying up to date with the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
• Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
  
  

About The Role

• 3-8 years of Workday Functional experience.
• Active Workday certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Workday technology.
• Experience with AMS or end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
• Experience working in a client facing role.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business or Engineering
