The Opportunity

As a Website and Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of a WooCommerce platform, including high-accuracy product catalog maintenance, pricing updates, and technical SEO optimization. Additionally, you will drive growth through multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance reporting to enhance online sales and user engagement

• E-commerce Management: Lead the full lifecycle of product listings on WooCommerce; manage pricing, technical specs, and variations with 100% accuracy (Shift: Outside AU business hours).
• SEO & AI Optimization: Drive organic growth by managing Yoast SEO, implementing keyword strategies, and optimizing content for search engines and AI tools.
• Content & Social Strategy: Write high-conversion copy for landing pages and blogs, manage social media schedules (FB/IG), and support YouTube content optimization.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy targeted Email and SMS marketing campaigns to boost seasonal sales and customer engagement.
• Growth Reporting: Track website performance and campaign ROI, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
  
  
  

• Atleast 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce and SEO
• Proven experience managing WooCommerce and WordPress platforms, including complex product catalogs and variations.
• Strong proficiency in on-page optimization, Yoast SEO, and emerging AI-driven content strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Email and SMS marketing platforms, alongside Social Media management (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a focus on copywriting for conversions.
• Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and following documented processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively during non-standard business hours.
• Desirable Skills: Prior experience supporting Australian or international clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM/order management systems.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills to support digital content.
• Foundational knowledge of Paid Media (Google Ads or Meta Ads).
