Are you passionate about helping patients and experienced in the mental health field? Vital Virtuals is seeking a Virtual Medical Receptionist with extensive experience in Psychiatry or the mental health space, particularly in patient communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical reception, scheduling, or administrative work (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with Psychiatry practice or mental health workflows (required)
• Experience using Charm EMR and Spruce (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance verification is a plus
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment
• Comfortable using Zoom throughout the workday
