Your Role

As a Video Editor, you will provide outsourced video editing services for real estate marketing content. You will:

• Assemble final videos (approximately 60 seconds) using provided scripts and pre-generated AI video clips (5–10 seconds each).
• Sequence clips to align with the script and ensure smooth pacing and timing.
• Apply basic transitions and light color correction as needed.
• Sync or add provided voiceover when applicable.
• Apply brand elements, including logos, text overlays, and outro cards.
• Ensure final output meets quality and branding standards.
• Work exclusively with provided materials, as no creative scripting, concept development, or asset creation is required.
  
  

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• Experience editing short-form marketing or promotional videos.
• Proficiency with standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided scripts and guidelines.
• Ability to work efficiently with predefined assets and instructions.
