Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals or fresh graduates to join us in our Alabang office in the role of Account Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining approved credit facilities, monitoring loan transactions, and coordinating with clients regarding payments. You will also provide support to Relationship Managers through data gathering, report preparation, and account servicing. Experienced Account Associates may also handle basic credit accounts and promote the utilization of loan and deposit products.

What The Role Will Entail

• Set up and maintain approved credit facilities in the Banks loan system
• Monitor loan transactions and ensure accurate posting of maturities and interest dues
• Communicate with clients regarding due payments and process collections promptly
• Prepare documentation such as promissory notes and assist in credit renewals
• Coordinate with internal teams for account servicing and transaction processing
• Support Relationship Managers by generating reports and gathering client information
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Associate in commercial or corporate lending
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills; familiarity with banking systems is an advantage
