What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters.
• Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow
• Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations
  
  

• At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Encompass
