We're a fast-moving team that thrives on creativity, clarity, and innovation. As we scale our platforms, we're looking for a visionary UI/UX Designer who can craft seamless, intuitive, and beautiful user experiences that delight users and drive results.
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant design solutions. You'll be responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design — ensuring consistency, usability, and polish in every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand needs and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts
Design clean, modern, responsive UI for web and mobile platforms
Work collaboratively with developers to implement your designs accurately
Ensure accessibility and adherence to design best practices
Maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries
Analyze user behavior and data to improve design performance
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles (bonus if you’ve worked in Webflow!)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for problem-solving and creating delightful user experiences
