Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Logistics Data Analyst to support our logistics operations through data analysis, system monitoring, and performance reporting. This role will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from our Transport Management Systems (TMS), logbooks, and time sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate daily and weekly operational reports.

• Upload all Yellow book entries into Log Checker Review all yellow book entries for any breaches
• Review of all local run sheets in line with our tracking system build a daily breach report
• Review employment inductions for all staff and advise as well as follow up on missing inductions to be completed
• Report on all fuel usage by vehicle or trailer
• Weekly fleet kilometers
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze data from various Transport Management Systems (TMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Compare driver time sheets and logbook entries for discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Upload and verify all Yellow Book entries in the Log Checker, identifying and reporting any breaches.
• Review local run sheets in conjunction with GPS/tracking systems to identify and report breaches or inconsistencies daily.
• Build and maintain daily operational reports, including breach analysis and system performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on all vehicle and trailer fuel usage, identifying trends or irregularities.
• Track and report weekly fleet kilometers by vehicle and trailer.
• Oversee employee induction records; ensure all staff have completed required inductions, and follow up on outstanding compliance items.
• Collaborate with the operations and compliance teams to ensure all processes align with safety and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with fleet and compliance teams to ensure transport operations meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
• Identify patterns and root causes of non-compliance or inefficiency, recommending corrective actions or process improvements.
• Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation and data insights.
• Develop and refine reporting dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in logistics, transport operations, or data analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and vehicle tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, etc., a plus).
• Understanding of fatigue management and transport compliance regulations (e.g., Yellow Book standards).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data with integrity.
• Previous experience in a compliance, safety, or auditing role is an advantage.

• Office-based - Eastwood/Pampanga site
• 6AM to 3PM/ 7AM to 4PM (Manila Time)
