Transformation Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with business units to execute/implement BPI's strategy and delivers strategic goals requested by senior management
• Coordinates, reports, and ensures on-time-delivery of business unit goals
• Horizontal Strategies: Drives results via cross-segment direction setting and strategy implementation
• Implements and executes strategic initiatives on specific topics as per management direction and request
• Supports Ayala Corp., and group companies in realizing synergies
• Engages with stakeholders to identify requirements, adjusts implementation plans and recalibrate timelines where necessary, and to provide updates
• Prepares presentations for project deliverables
  
  

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Must have 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity
• Knowledge in Strategy and Project management
• Knowledge in Financial statements analysis and interpretation
• Knowledge in Banking landscape in Philippines and/or Southeast Asia
• Knowledge in Different business model for strategic partnership
• Must have skills in Financial modelling, valuation and cost benefit analysis
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must have good presentation skills
• Must have project management skills
• Must have skills in commercial negotiation
• Must be driven and can take ownership
• Must have strong leadership skill
• Must be a strong communicator
• Has the ability to work independently
