Trade Marketing Supervisor For Food Service

Trade Marketing Supervisor – Food Service is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing programs that support sales growth within the food service sector (restaurants, caterers, hotels, institutional accounts, and distributors). The role focuses on building strong partnerships with food service operators by delivering value-added programs, tailored activations, and effective marketing support. This position ensures alignment of marketing strategies with the needs of chefs, purchasing managers, and decision-makers in the food service channel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing, Culinary, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in trade marketing or food service marketing, preferably in the FMCGor food & beverage sector.
• Experience dealing with chefs, purchasing managers, and food service operators is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of food service operations, menu dynamics, and purchasing behavior.
• Knowledge of culinary applications, institutional accounts, and distributor networks.=
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate culinary and operational insights into trade programs.
• Customer-focused with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate across sales, culinary, and distributor teams.
