Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking a talented Trade Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's strategic trade marketing initiatives, focusing on optimising our product visibility and market presence across various retail channels.
What You'll Be Doing
Leads the rollout of monthly or seasonal marketing campaigns across all clinic branches, ensuring alignment with overall brand guidelines.
Conducts regular clinic visits to ensure marketing collaterals (posters, digital screens, shelf talkers) are correctly displayed, updated, and pristine.
Conduct competitor check for in-store offers and report insights to the broader marketing team.
Gather feedback from clinic frontline staff regarding patient reactions to marketing campaigns and relay these insights back to the brand team.
Collect and compile data on the effectiveness of in-store promotions and present to the Brand Manager
Serve as the PIC for clinic managers regarding marketing updates, ensuring clinic staff are fully briefed on ongoing promos, mechanics, and scripts.
Coordinate with creatives and the brand marketing officers to develop engaging POSM (menu cards, treatment brochures, window displays, etc)
Maintain the inventory of all marketing assets and manage the distribution logistics to ensure the timely roll-out of all POSMs.
Collaborate with individual clinic managers to develop tailored marketing initiatives based on their specific demographics, area trends, or underperforming treatment categories.
Create monthly reports and provide regular updates to the Brand Marketing Manager on trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates provided with relevant industry OJT experience (Retail, FMCG, Aesthetic, Wellness)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform trade marketing strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with retail partners
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
