Position: Tenant Collections Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenant Collections Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant collections and ensuring timely payments from tenants. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact tenants to collect rent payments and resolve any payment issues
• Monitor and track tenant payments and follow up on any late or delinquent payments
• Work with property managers to develop and implement strategies for improving rent collection
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant accounts and payment history
• Prepare and send notices to tenants for late payments or non-payment
• Negotiate payment plans with tenants and enforce lease terms and conditions
• Collaborate with legal counsel on any necessary legal actions for non-payment cases
• Provide regular reports on rent collection and delinquency rates to management
• Assist with lease renewals and lease termination processes
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns related to rent payments and collections
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to tenant collections
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in tenant collections or a similar role
• Knowledge of property management and leasing processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and property management software
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to tenant collections
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, if necessary
