The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team implements, integrates, and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions.

The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team seeks technology savvy and innovative individuals to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality and operational performance. In this role, you will be working with the product team and technology developers.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :

• Upload files to Online Booking Tools to create, update, and delete traveler profiles
• Monitor, triage, and work fallout when records in initial upload files failed
• Upload log files to shared drive to enable faster troubleshooting when needed
• Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements, and legal compliance
• Identify improvement opportunities and determine solutions to achieve business goals
• Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For :

• SME with Microsoft Excel
• Significant experience with delimited flat files
• Experience with one or more GDS systems
• Ability to think analytically and conceptually
• Analyze complex data, identify improvement opportunities/solutions to achieve goals
• Creative technical problem solver
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Self-manage your workload and able to handle multiple, complex customers with competing priorities
