What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise the offshore support team, providing daily guidance and direction.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to consistently meet business goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, give feedback, and implement development plans.
Oversee training, onboarding, and upskilling to ensure team competency and growth.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex support tasks.
Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to maintain timely delivery.
Use data, reports, and dashboards to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes and systems.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in medical, business administration or related field.
Proven leadership skills with strong experience in managing and developing a team in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Experience working in a healthcare industry is required.
Proven ability to manage team performance, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing, time-critical workloads for a team.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and using reports and dashboards to guide decision-making and manage team operations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a full onsite set up during the first 1 -2 months. Afterwards, will follow one day onsite and four days remote.
