What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise the offshore support team, providing daily guidance and direction.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to consistently meet business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, give feedback, and implement development plans.
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and upskilling to ensure team competency and growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex support tasks.
  • Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to maintain timely delivery.
  • Use data, reports, and dashboards to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes and systems.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, business administration or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong experience in managing and developing a team in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Experience working in a healthcare industry is required.
  • Proven ability to manage team performance, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing, time-critical workloads for a team.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and using reports and dashboards to guide decision-making and manage team operations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a full onsite set up during the first 1 -2 months. Afterwards, will follow one day onsite and four days remote.
