We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex requirements into actionable solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document processes, objectives, and pain points.
System Evaluation: Assess existing IT systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
Requirements Translation: Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, design documents, and data mappings.
Solution Design & Implementation: Recommend and implement system enhancements, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business goals.
SDLC Participation: Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)—design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Feasibility & Cost Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support system upgrades and new initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, capacity, and security, recommending proactive optimizations.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system incidents.
System Maintenance: Oversee upgrades, patches, and data migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and architecture diagrams.
Training & Change Management: Develop training materials, guide end-users, and support change management initiatives.
Project Collaboration: Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Hands-on experience supporting system implementations or enhancements.
Experience with enterprise systems; familiarity with NetSuite and Darwinbox is a strong advantage.
Proven expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
Exposure to analytics, reporting, or data-driven projects; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and technical teams.
