The Opportunity

They are seeking a System Support Officer to provide hands‑on support, administration, and data management for the property booking system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and smooth day‑to‑day operations across the business.
The role requires strong attention to detail, system administration capability, confidence working with structured data, and the ability to collaborate closely with IT, revenue, and operational stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Manage and configure the RMS booking system, ensuring system settings, templates, and configurations align with business requirements.
Accurately enter, validate, and maintain system data, ensuring consistency and compliance across all RMS platforms.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, correcting issues where possible and escalating where required.
Research and obtain additional information to complete incomplete or inaccurate data submissions.
Troubleshoot RMS system issues, providing first‑level support and escalating complex matters to the IT Support or RMS Specialist teams.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information in line with company policies and best practices.
Support system updates and new feature implementations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Revenue, and Operations to support process improvements and system optimisation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure completed work is stored correctly and consistently.
Contribute as a cooperative and reliable team member, supporting shared responsibilities as required.
Key Criteria
Experience usingRMS or a similar property/accommodation booking or management system
Proven experience in data entry or system administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
Experience supporting internal users with technology‑based systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Set Up
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day per month onsite, other days remote)
