POSITION PURPOSE

The Hampshire Support Officer plays a vital role in providing technical support, system administration, and data management for the RMS booking system. The role ensures accurate data entry, system configuration, and user support while maintaining compliance with company policies. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment . This role also supports the constant improvement, growth, and consistency across all RMS platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage and configure the RMS booking system to meet operational requirements
  • Ensure system settings, templates, and configurations align with business needs
  • Accurately inserting data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information relating to incomplete data provided
  • Apply a consistent approach with data entry across all RMS platforms
  • Store completed work in designated locations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within RMS and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer data
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support process improvements
  • Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Stay updated on RMS software updates, ensuring smooth implementation of new features
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures
  • Work as a cooperative and supportive team member
  • Any other relevant duties as directed from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in the RMS booking system (or similar property management software)
  • Proven data entry work experience
  • Systems and configuration of technology solutions
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
  • Support of customer technology-based products
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office 365 and its applications (e.g., outlook, word, excel, SharePoint, teams)
