• Design, deploy, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including servers, storage, and core platforms.
• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Administer and support key Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Group Policy.
• Manage virtualization and core services such as VMware, backup systems, endpoint protection, patching, and monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG).
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and tooling to improve efficiency, consistency, and system stability.
• Collaborate with application and technology teams to deploy, harden, and remediate systems in line with security and best-practice standards.
• Participate in change management, including planning, reviewing, and implementing changes in production environments.
• Evaluate new technologies, define best practices, and contribute to standards, documentation, and support procedures.
• Support enterprise projects, mentor team members, and provide after-hours or weekend support for critical infrastructure needs when required.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; ITIL v3 or v4 certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or security technologies are highly regarded.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
• Solid experience with virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong scripting and automation capability (PowerShell or similar).
• Good foundational networking knowledge and a strong interest in infrastructure security.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, patch management, endpoint protection, and system hardening.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently.
  
  
  

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of three days onsite and two days from home.
