System Admin III Cloud Services Team

Summary: The System Admin reporting to the System Manager will be part of a talented team of administrators and will be expected to demonstrate superb technical competency in delivering critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security and will focus on the day-to-day tasks of monitoring and maintaining our server environments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Support for Cloud Services including Windows Server, virtual desktops, networking, firewalls, file servers, web servers, VPN tunnels, backup and recovery, etc.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Internet Information Services, Microsoft Windows Server Remote Desktop Services, and Windows Server Print Service required.

Automate manual processes where applicable.

May be required to work occasionally outside of normal shift hours and/or weekends.

May participate in 24/7 on-call rotation if needed to resolve critical issues

Deploying and updating in-house applications and services for new and existing customers.

Required to have a quiet location to work with no interruptions, stable internet, and a mobile device with Android 14 or greater or iOS 18 or newer for multi-factor authentication.

Education/Experience

5+ years of experience working with and Supporting Microsoft Windows Server

Bachelors degree in CS, related disciplines, or equivalent work experience.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server operating systems and features.

Knowledgeable in network terminology/infrastructure (i.e., switches, gateways, firewalls, TCP/IP, VLAN, etc.)

Supporting folder & file shares, authentication, backups, antivirus, , technical and process flow documentation, Virtualization, Cloud computing, VPN tunnels, firewall rules.

Strong troubleshooting, project execution, and communication skills.
